Gluten free brownies have always seemed like an unattainable treat for me. Ever since I went gluten free, I have avoided baking cakes, cookies and brownies. Figuring out the perfect gluten free flour combination in order for the dessert to actually taste good always had an intimidation factor that kept me at bay.
